REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At EpoxyArtWale, we take pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted epoxy resin products. Since our products are handmade and often customized, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian e-commerce regulations.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions :
- Product is damaged during transit
- Wrong item is delivered
- Manufacturing defect is confirmed
To be eligible :
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video (mandatory) clearly showing the issue must be provided
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Without proper proof, returns may not be approved.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable :
- Custom or personalized products
- Nameplates, customized photo frames, or made-to-order items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
Minor variations in color, resin texture, bubbles, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and do not qualify as defects.
3. Return Process
If your product qualifies for return :
- Email us at support@epoxyartwale.co.in
- Mention your Order ID
- Attach the unboxing video/photos clearly showing the issue
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and respond accordingly.
4. Refund Process
- If the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
EpoxyArtWale is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
5. Replacement Policy
In certain cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
For custom products, replacements will be made strictly as per the originally approved design.
6. Order Cancellation
- Ready-made products can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
7. Damaged Shipment Responsibility
If damage occurs due to courier handling :
- Report within 24 hours
- Provide mandatory unboxing video proof
Failure to provide proof may result in rejection of claim.
8. Consumer Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, customers are entitled to :
- Transparent refund process
- Fair evaluation of complaints
- Timely grievance redressal
