SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
If your location is serviceable by our courier partners, your order will be processed and dispatched accordingly.
2. Order Processing Time
Since most of our products are handmade :
- Ready-to-ship products: 3–5 business days
- Custom / personalized products: 7–15 business days
Processing begins only after successful payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, festivals, or high order volumes, processing time may be extended.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch :
- Metro cities: 3–7 business days
- Other locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to :
- Courier partner issues
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Remote area logistics
EpoxyArtWale is not liable for delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
We use cookies and similar tools to :
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations.
Any applicable GST on shipping will be included in the invoice.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched :
- Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp
- Customers can track shipment using the courier tracking link
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your product arrives damaged :
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the issue
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
EpoxyArtWale shall not be responsible for :
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delivery failure due to customer unavailability
- Additional re-shipping charges caused by wrong address details
8. Order Refusal
If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason :
- Re-shipping charges may apply
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges
9. Consumer Rights
As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, customers are entitled to :
- Transparent delivery timelines
- Clear shipping charges
- Proper grievance redressal
